Provide commercial legal support to T-Mobile Advertising Solutions' ad-tech business: structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements, build scalable playbooks and templates, advise on emerging ad-tech and media legal issues, drive process improvements, and act as trusted legal partner across cross-functional teams to enable fast, risk-aware deal execution.
