Lead and supervise hourly manufacturing employees to meet safety, quality, cost, and production schedule targets. Drive continuous improvement, analyze performance, train staff, coordinate with support departments, maintain attendance/time records, manage inventory accuracy, perform safety audits/accident investigations, and deliver performance evaluations.

Plans and improves manufacturing processes, troubleshoots production issues, analyzes operational data, leads engineering and capital projects, implements corrective actions, maintains process documentation, supports lean efficiency improvements, writes technical reports, and provides technical guidance and training to manufacturing personnel.

Lead and manage a regional sales team for Remington Ammunition accessories across 11 Midwest states. Build customer and partner relationships, support product development with testing and feedback, develop promotions and budgets, and drive international sales growth. Frequent domestic travel for sales events and corporate meetings required.
