Provides administrative, legal, compliance, marketing, and office operations support. Responsibilities include calendar and travel coordination, expense processing, event planning, document and invoice management, legal and compliance tracking, reporting, order coordination, office supply management, shipping, and handling confidential information. The role supports Legal, Compliance, HR, Marketing, and Customer Support teams while serving as a cross-functional liaison.

Leads rifle ammunition product development from design and testing through manufacturing launch. Manages documentation, quality specifications, budgets, timelines, raw material qualifications, equipment capability, bills of materials, and process improvements. Coordinates engineering technicians and cross-functional teams, performs failure analysis, resolves production issues, supports technical marketing activities, and works with vendors and technical resources. The role involves potentially hazardous flammable and explosive materials with required safety training.

Operates machines and production processes involving explosive materials, transports raw and finished goods, performs quality checks, documents process information, maintains clean and safe work areas, and follows plant, safety, and ISO procedures. May handle hazardous waste under supervision and must use required protective equipment. The role requires physical handling, attendance, overtime availability, basic computer skills, and compliance with hazardous-material regulations.
