Drive continuous improvement, analyze performance, train staff, coordinate with support departments, maintain attendance/time records, manage inventory accuracy, perform safety audits/accident investigations, and deliver performance evaluations.

The Safety Engineer coordinates safety compliance, oversees inspections, conducts industrial hygiene work, and develops training for safety protocols in ammunition manufacturing.

Lead and manage a regional sales team for Remington Ammunition accessories across 11 Midwest states. Build customer and partner relationships, support product development with testing and feedback, develop promotions and budgets, and drive international sales growth. Frequent domestic travel for sales events and corporate meetings required.
