The Demand Planner will forecast product demand, analyze inventory flow, and manage SKU-level forecasting, ensuring timely supply based on future demand. Responsibilities include utilizing software for demand forecasting, collaborating with various departments, managing inventory policies, and supporting sales and operations planning processes.

The Global Sourcing Manager will lead sourcing processes, develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, maintain sourcing records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality and profitability targets.
