Oversee nursing shifts as Charge Nurse, supervise nurse aides, administer medications, perform treatments and assessments, transcribe physician orders, maintain documentation, implement care plans, educate staff, coordinate staffing, and uphold infection control and safety standards for resident care.

Prepare and serve meals, assemble and deliver trays, manage and rotate food supplies, sanitize dishes and equipment, dispose of refuse, and follow recipes and food safety procedures while supporting resident satisfaction and teamwork.
