Perform manual and automated testing for web-based digital platforms across desktop, tablet, and mobile environments. Develop test plans, cases, and automation scripts; collaborate with developers; maintain test environments; investigate failures; document defects; report results; and improve testing processes. The role requires Agile software delivery experience, SDLC knowledge, analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication.

Provides second-line technical support for Vista Group software, investigating and resolving issues, testing solutions, logging bugs, configuring software, and assisting with onboarding. The role involves client and vendor collaboration, documentation, training, relationship management, and rotating after-hours support. It is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the Cape Town office.
