As a Business Analyst, you will gather and analyze requirements, design software solutions, and collaborate with various stakeholders to meet business needs.

Partner with operational leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, variance analysis and commercial decision-making. Deliver financial models, business case analysis, and improved reporting using Power BI, Microsoft Business Central, Excel and AI-enabled tools to drive pricing, margin and strategic decisions across a multi-entity global environment.

Provide first‑level helpdesk support for Vista software and general IT issues (hardware, OS, network). Use SQL Server/SQL for troubleshooting, document incidents, and escalate to 2nd level with logs and details.
