Qualify inbound/outbound leads, deliver product demos, manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, collaborate with internal teams, and consistently meet sales targets and KPIs. Work in a hybrid role with regular weekly attendance in the Los Angeles office.

Lead Tier 3 payments support: investigate and resolve complex payment issues, troubleshoot critical production incidents, support rollouts/go-lives, drive root cause analysis, triage bugs, identify trends, advocate for customers, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Regional Support, Account Management, and Delivery to improve product quality and outcomes.

Own and engineer Vista Cloud's Cloudflare estate and broader security platform stack. Implement IaC/GitOps-driven change, maintain WAF/rules, support SIEM/runtime security/vulnerability tooling, improve detections, produce runbooks, and collaborate with platform and security teams to ensure secure, reliable, and repeatable platform operations.
