The Accounts Receivable Manager oversees invoicing, collections, payment tracking, AR aging, reconciliations, reporting, and dispute resolution. This hands-on manager reviews team work, leads and trains AR staff, communicates with customers and vendors, escalates collection risks to the CFO, and improves billing and collections processes. Strong QuickBooks, Excel, accounting, communication, organizational, and leadership skills are required. The position is full-time and on-site in Santee, California.

Manage vendor invoices, bills, expenses, payment schedules, and accounts payable workflows. Responsibilities include entering bills in QuickBooks, scheduling payments through Melio, reconciling vendor statements, reviewing invoice accuracy, resolving discrepancies, communicating with vendors, maintaining AP records, supporting month-end close, and creating Excel reports using pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, and data cleanup.
