Operate and scale a business-critical cloud-native SaaS platform. Responsibilities include managing Kubernetes, networking, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, databases, access controls, and security. The role includes incident response in a 24/7 on-call rotation, automation of operational toil, runbook development, developer enablement, and collaboration with distributed product and security teams.

Build and maintain dimensional data models, dbt transformation pipelines, tests, documentation, semantic layers, and dashboards using SQL, BigQuery, and Data Studio. Perform data profiling, statistical analysis, and troubleshooting while partnering with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders. Use AI tools for development, testing, documentation, and analytics workflows. Apply governance, security, privacy, and GDPR controls within Scrum, Git, and CI/CD processes.

Create dashboards and perform statistical analysis while partnering with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders. Use AI tools for development, testing, documentation, and agentic analytics workflows. Support governance, GDPR-compliant data handling, observability, CI/CD, code review, and continuous process improvement.

Own and evolve Bokio’s React Native mobile application across iOS and Android. Lead mobile architecture, infrastructure, tooling, dependencies, automation, CI/CD, testing, releases, monitoring, and developer experience. Partner with product teams to enable reliable mobile delivery, mentor engineers, and use delivery and product data to prioritize platform improvements. Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve velocity and code quality.

Owns software quality standards and automated testing frameworks across the development lifecycle. Defines quality criteria, coverage targets, acceptance standards, and non-functional requirements; integrates AI-assisted quality gates into CI/CD and release workflows; monitors defects, coverage, and production incidents; and promotes AI-driven testing using tools such as Claude Code and Playwright. Collaborates with engineering and platform teams in Agile delivery environments.
