Lead AI strategy and adoption initiatives by aligning technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership. Translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage complex delivery risks and dependencies, communicate technical trade-offs, and support AI solutions from proof of concept through production. Drive change management, stakeholder alignment, adoption, and long-term business value across ambiguous, cross-functional environments.

Supports day-to-day People Operations, HR administration, contracts, employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, policies, benefits, performance reviews, and promotions. Serves as the first point of contact for employees and manages the Lausanne office. The role requires strong organization, discretion, English and French fluency, and on-site availability three to five days per week.

Define and drive architecture for end-to-end AI and data platforms on Azure. Establish standards, governance, and scalable cloud-native AI solutions; evaluate emerging AI technologies; translate business needs into technical designs; mentor engineering and data teams; ensure platform performance, security, and compliance.
