Manages and coaches consultants while contributing to thought leadership, case studies, and consulting methodologies. Requires strong AI, data, strategic, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management expertise.

Advise and support an internal platform team designing, implementing, and operating a secure, scalable AI platform on Azure Databricks. Responsibilities include architecture, MLOps standards, CI/CD/CT pipelines, Terraform infrastructure, governance, security, reliability, code and design reviews, troubleshooting, mentoring, and knowledge transfer. The role requires deep hands-on expertise with Databricks, Azure services, Python, PySpark, Unity Catalog, and production ML platforms.

Oversees multi-stream programs, advises C-level stakeholders, ensures delivery quality and ROI, grows strategic accounts through upselling and cross-selling, and mentors Engagement Managers.
