Own and scale on-site fulfillment and logistics for Visit.org: manage warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, vendor relations, team supervision, KPI optimization, SOP development, budget control, and heavy palletized logistics to support global social impact events.

Work directly with the CEO to capture, create, and publish short- and long-form social and thought-leadership content. Film, edit, write, and repurpose video and written assets, manage an editorial calendar, monitor performance, and travel with the CEO to capture live content while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Lead Visit.org's visual identity and creative output across digital, video, events, and campaigns. Develop concepts, design assets, own event branding, edit video/motion, refine copy, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement AI-powered workflows while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
