Manage visitor experience and volunteer programs across Milwaukee, oversee visitor centers and staff, develop programming and partnerships, vet and launch visitor-facing technologies, run trainings, manage volunteer recruitment/scheduling and collateral distribution, track visitor data, pursue sponsorships and grants, and support regional tourism outreach.

Manage accounts payable, payroll (Paylocity), general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, bank and investment monitoring. Support CFO with budgeting, audit preparation, compliance, vendor management, payroll tax filings, and process improvements while collaborating with staff accountant and committees.
