Lead and motivate an automotive dealership sales team to exceed targets, develop revenue-driving strategies, oversee the full sales process, build luxury client relationships, and manage inventory, pricing, and product knowledge. The role requires automotive sales management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, background check, and drug screening.

Manages vehicle financing and insurance product sales, helps customers select protection packages, secures lender approvals, and completes accurate purchase paperwork. Tracks receivables, resolves lender stipulations, follows up with customers, and supports the sales team. The role requires strong communication, presentation, organization, basic computer and mathematical skills, licensing, a valid driver’s license, background screening, and drug screening.
