Conducts phone, email, and text outreach to parents and guardians to obtain student eye-exam consent. The role distributes and tracks consent forms, follows up on outstanding submissions, maintains accurate records and rosters, coordinates with schools and program staff, manages uploads, prepares reports, and ensures confidential documentation. The position is fully remote and supports multiple school sites across the Dallas area.

Oversee Vision To Learn’s Central Oregon mobile vision program, including clinic scheduling, logistics, data systems, budgets, compliance, patient service quality, community partnerships, and regional staff leadership. Coordinate school and community relationships, hiring and onboarding, vehicle and equipment readiness, grant support, and collaboration with operations, development, medical, communications, and HR teams. The role requires managing mobile clinic services across rural communities and ensuring efficient, ethical, and reliable care delivery.
