The Contract Manager oversees all contractual aspects of airport construction projects, ensuring compliance, managing risks, and facilitating multi-stakeholder coordination.

Lead development and stewardship of a 20–30 year Airport Master Plan, defining airside and landside functional requirements, auditing contractor designs for future expansion compliance, performing capacity modelling and simulations, and coordinating regulators and stakeholders to protect long-term airport phasing and OLS requirements.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate general ledger and reconciliations, prepare IFRS statutory financial statements, oversee tax and customs compliance, maintain fixed asset register and capital project accounting, design internal controls, support ERP selection/implementation, and contribute to budgeting and financial forecasting.

Serve as strategic HR partner for construction and technical business units, leading high-volume recruitment during the build (2026-2030), expatriate management, onboarding, HR policy creation, workforce planning, performance and employee relations, and HR governance to support project milestones and operational readiness.

Lead multidisciplinary design activities across civil, structural, MEP, architectural and IT/ELV disciplines. Manage interfaces, ensure design consistency and compliance with codes/airport regulations, oversee BIM clash detection, deliver coordinated design packages, and support approvals, procurement and construction.

Lead BIM governance and coordination across PMC, EPC, and design teams to LOD 400/500. Manage automated clash detection, federate multidisciplinary models, enforce the BIM Execution Plan, validate dynamic change updates in the digital twin, and deliver a clean As-Built BIM integrated with facility management systems.

Lead technical review and oversight of MEP (HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, BMS) design and commissioning for an international airport terminal. Coordinate MEP interfaces with architectural, structural, and airport systems, manage contractor deliverables, identify risks and mitigation, support sustainability and capacity planning through design, construction and handover to ensure safe, efficient, and code-compliant building services.

Develop and maintain integrated Primavera P6 schedules, assess delays and EOT claims, link schedule performance to commercial outcomes, support contract review and tender evaluation, monitor progress and integrate cost/schedule data for reporting, and coordinate planning with commercial, procurement, and legal teams on large-scale EPC and infrastructure projects.

Support project controls by preparing and maintaining cost estimates, budgets and forecasts for large EPC/infrastructure packages. Track actual costs vs baseline, perform variance and EVM analysis, assess change order impacts and risks, prepare cost reports and validate contractor submissions to support management decisions.
