Develop and maintain integrated Primavera P6 schedules, assess delays and EOT claims, link schedule performance to commercial outcomes, support contract review and tender evaluation, monitor progress and integrate cost/schedule data for reporting, and coordinate planning with commercial, procurement, and legal teams on large-scale EPC and infrastructure projects.
Support project controls by preparing and maintaining cost estimates, budgets and forecasts for large EPC/infrastructure packages. Track actual costs vs baseline, perform variance and EVM analysis, assess change order impacts and risks, prepare cost reports and validate contractor submissions to support management decisions.
