Welcomes patients, manages clinic phone lines, mail, voicemails, appointment confirmations, and medical records software. Maintains inventory and clinic cleanliness while reporting patient safety concerns and risks. Requires strong organization, teamwork, customer service, computer skills, and availability Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Provides nursing support for ophthalmic surgeries, including patient intake, answering procedure-related questions, ensuring surgical supplies are available, placing and tracking orders, resolving issues, and supporting the clinical team. The role requires working with ophthalmology professionals, maintaining confidentiality, communicating in French and English, using Microsoft 365, and traveling to Ottawa and Montreal for training.

Supports ophthalmic surgery by sterilizing instruments, preparing the operating room, coordinating patient flow, reassuring patients, explaining postoperative eye-drop schedules, and reporting safety risks. The role is a full-time, 12-month temporary position with internal training provided. Candidates must be comfortable standing in an operating-room environment, using technology, working accurately, and serving patients at two Quebec City clinics, including rotating Saturdays.
