Supports the National Director in developing general ophthalmology clinics, conducting audits and validations, maintaining protocols and SOP compliance, integrating new clinics and electronic medical record systems, and implementing continuous-improvement projects. Provides operational support to clinic directors, evaluates clinic efficiency, and helps maintain high standards of patient service. Requires project coordination experience, bilingual French and English communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Manage clinic operations, employees, budgets, KPIs, quality assurance, risk reporting, and strategic initiatives. The Clinic Manager will lead staff engagement, support patient safety, maintain established processes, make operational decisions, and help achieve short- and long-term goals. The role requires business judgment, leadership, organizational skills, technology proficiency, and travel to other Canadian clinics for training.
