Own and execute North American payroll (weekly/bi-weekly) and benefits programs for U.S. and Canada. Manage payroll vendors, HRIS feeds, compliance (tax filings, SOX, ACA, Form 5500), benefits renewals/open enrollment, retirement plan administration, audits, integrations for acquisitions, and employee inquiries.

Conduct inside sales prospecting and qualify leads for Technical Sales; maintain CRM and pipeline; engage customers for aftermarket opportunities; manage sales process with the team; support conferences, trade shows, webinars, and demos.

Read and follow assembly drawings and work orders to build equipment and shipping crates. Collaborate with Service Engineering, Engineering, and Production to commission, troubleshoot, and improve machine designs and manufacturability. Build crates safely and efficiently using specialized hand tools; communicate in English.
