Own relationships with a portfolio of small and medium business clients from sales handoff through renewal, expansion, and account transition. Advise pharmaceutical clients on omnichannel engagement and change adoption, identify risks and growth opportunities, and lead Phase 4 evaluations. Develop and launch scalable packaged solutions by translating portfolio needs into cross-functional briefs, advocating for prioritization, tracking deployments, and refining offerings. Own SMB commercial performance metrics and P&L while maintaining delivery and quality standards.

Lead end-to-end customer transformation and enablement programs for pharma and life sciences clients. Responsibilities include stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, transformation roadmaps, learning and communication strategies, customer training, post-go-live adoption reinforcement, champion networks, KPI tracking, and benefits realization. The role partners with customer success, product, technical, and account teams to drive measurable adoption, capability development, and sustained customer self-sufficiency.

The Head of Product is responsible for defining the product portfolio strategy, overseeing product lifecycle management, and optimizing portfolio performance while aligning with cross-functional stakeholders to drive growth and customer retention.
