Create responsive UI/UX designs, mockups, prototypes, user flows, and implementation-ready specifications for digital products. Apply user-centered design research and feedback, contribute to design systems, support developer handoff, review implemented features, and iterate based on usability and stakeholder feedback. Collaborate with product managers, developers, QAs, business analysts, and technical writers in an Agile environment.

Create responsive UI/UX designs, mockups, prototypes, user flows, and implementation specifications for digital products. Apply user-centered research and feedback, maintain design systems, support developer handoff, review implemented features, and collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and content teams. Present design rationale, iterate based on stakeholder feedback, and ensure accessibility, consistency, and usability across product experiences.

Manage marketing automation workflows, including customer journeys, segmentation, email and omnichannel campaigns, personalization, testing, monitoring, and initial reporting. Collaborate with campaign managers and clients on digital channel consultations and integrated omnichannel ecosystems. The role requires digital marketing experience, ESP knowledge, basic HTML, Excel, and familiarity with SQL, APIs, databases, and digital marketing tool integrations.
