Supports financial advisor clients across onboarding, portfolio proposals, trading workflows, account maintenance, custodian activity, reporting, billing, and issue resolution. Partners with Engagement Managers, Trading, Investment Operations, Finance, and Marketing to deliver high-touch service, maintain accurate records, coordinate client deliverables, and improve scalable processes.

Manage multiple financial advisor client relationships across onboarding, implementation, adoption, and ongoing success. Serve as the client advocate and platform expert, resolve onboarding blockers, deliver training and best practices, monitor client needs, and identify upsell and revenue opportunities. The role requires strong knowledge of RIAs, wealth management, investment strategies, and advisory practices, along with excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. This is an onsite position in New York City.
