Teams at Virtuos

Build, customize, secure, and deploy AI-powered developer tools and coding assistants. Develop AI agents and workflows, integrate enterprise authentication, create CI/CD and application distribution pipelines, and implement monitoring and observability. Investigate vulnerabilities, telemetry, network activity, and user issues while collaborating with security, DevOps, platform, and developer experience teams. Maintain documentation, audit records, runbooks, and developer support materials.

Own the vision, roadmap, backlog, and outcomes for Virtuos’ coding agents. Lead product discovery with studio developers, shape the developer journey, evaluate AI tools, and guide agents from prototypes through production. Manage developers and a Project Manager while coordinating integrations, pilots, quality standards, adoption, and measurable engineering improvements. Report to the Chief AI Officer and align studios, AI teams, and stakeholders across locations.

Designs mobile game UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, final UI, and reusable design systems across gameplay, LiveOps, stores, progression, and social features. Uses player behavior, analytics, usability feedback, playtests, and product goals to improve experiences. Collaborates with Product, Game Design, developers, and technical artists, prepares production-ready specifications, and may implement UI directly in Unity or Unreal Engine.
