Lead product vision and player experience for a major AAA game across multiple studios. Define product pillars, quality bars, and success criteria; drive validation through pre-production and vertical slice; partner with creative, development and production to balance ambition with scope, budget and schedule; champion players using playtesting and data; build stakeholder confidence and enable aligned, autonomous decision-making across teams.

Generate pipeline by prospecting assigned accounts via phone, email, LinkedIn and events. Book discovery meetings, qualify opportunities, handle objections, and nurture early-stage prospects. Partner with Business Development and Marketing, maintain CRM hygiene, analyze outreach performance, and share market and competitive insights to improve go-to-market efforts.

Support art production by coordinating stakeholders, tracking schedules, managing tasks, monitoring artist performance and quality, handling administrative duties (scheduling, invoicing, estimates), coordinating artist availability and training, and executing tasks delegated by Art Producer and Production Manager.
