The role ensures visual quality and technical consistency, creates environment assets, and collaborates with artists and stakeholders through feedback and delivery cycles.

Provides first-line IT support for hardware, software, account, connectivity, and Microsoft-related issues. Assists with device setup, deployment, onboarding, offboarding, troubleshooting, ticket documentation, IT asset management, user guides, workstation rollouts, system updates, and office technology setup. The role requires clear customer communication, confidentiality, adherence to security procedures, and collaboration with the IT team.
