Leads Virtru’s global people experience strategy, including HRBP and recruiting teams, performance management, engagement, organizational design, rewards, career frameworks, talent development, and talent acquisition. Partners with the CHRO and executive leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, change management, global expansion, and organizational effectiveness. Apply software and systems engineering experience and compliance knowledge (NIST RMF, DISA STIGs, FedRAMP) in austere environments.

Contract technical writer producing NATO/allied-quality standards, interoperability test plans, white papers, and technical reports for cryptographic key management and data security. Translate engineering and SME input into publication-ready drafts and support standards body contributions and multinational exercises.

Lead and scale Virtru's Global Public Sector operations: define operational strategy and roadmaps, manage forecasting, compliance, contracting vehicles, and FSO/DCSA relationships; align Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Solutions Engineering; own KPIs/OKRs, budgets, and cross-functional liaison work while building and managing a distributed contracts/security operations team.

Lead the product lifecycle and roadmap for Virtru’s Data Security Platform, focusing on multi-deployment models (on‑prem, cloud, hybrid), developer experience, partner integrations, and interoperability with enterprise security solutions. Conduct customer and partner research, refine APIs/SDKs and tooling, prioritize integrations (KMS, discovery, classification), and collaborate with engineering to deliver a secure, extensible platform for enterprise customers.

The Pacific Region Sales Executive will manage federal and international public sector accounts, drive sales strategies, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

Lead full-stack development of Virtru's data protection products: build React front-ends and Go backends, deploy and operate SaaS on AWS/GCP, implement automated testing and monitoring, participate in on-call rotations, mentor teammates, and drive delivery of medium-to-large cross-system features.

Support CSE operations by maintaining CRM and project tools, improving processes, and building reports and dashboards. Provide first-line support for Salesforce, Jira, and project tracking, perform data hygiene, make light system configurations, partner on cross-functional projects, and deliver ad-hoc insights to leadership to improve resourcing, utilization, and delivery efficiency.
