Develops public policy strategies, manages relationships with government officials and regulators, interprets healthcare regulations, and produces policy briefs, position papers, consultation responses, and thought-leadership content. The role requires strong knowledge of India’s healthcare policy landscape, government liaison experience, stakeholder engagement, research, communication, and fluency in English and Hindi.

Sources new sales opportunities through outbound calls, communicates with prospects, identifies customer needs, pitches the business model, schedules appointments, closes sales, achieves targets, maintains prospect databases, and provides regular sales reports and analysis.

Manage end-to-end candidate and university partner operations, including milestone tracking, escalations, stakeholder coordination, team accountability, performance reporting, dashboard maintenance, SOP adherence, and process improvement. Lead campus and team points of contact, monitor operational metrics, identify risks and recurring issues, and implement solutions that improve execution timelines, candidate experience, partner satisfaction, and operational consistency.
