Manage end-to-end digital marketing projects from discovery through delivery, balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk. Develop project plans and estimates, monitor deliverables, troubleshoot issues, and report progress. Lead SEO, social media, graphic design, content, and WordPress teams while providing coaching, feedback, and supervision. Maintain client relationships, improve processes, and identify opportunities to add value.

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email, and ecommerce channels. Drive customer acquisition, website traffic, conversions, and revenue while coordinating with product teams on content strategy. Monitor campaign, service-provider, facility, environmental, occupant-satisfaction, and operational performance metrics, and support workplace operations and approvals.

Develop and customize WordPress plugins and themes, build websites from HTML, integrate payments, manage CMS performance, connect databases and servers, and conduct website health checks. The role requires clean PHP development, WordPress coding standards, troubleshooting, optimization, testing, implementation, and experience with major WordPress themes and page builders.

Prospect potential clients, explain digital marketing services, analyze client expectations, schedule meetings, follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, process phone and email orders, verify pricing, maintain sales records, and report to senior management.
