Analyze results, communicate findings, and potentially contribute to publications and presentations while receiving structured training and mentorship.

The Compensation Specialist analyzes market and internal pay data, maintains salary structures and incentive programs, supports benchmarking and compensation cycles, models costs for offers and program changes, administers incentive plans, ensures pay compliance, and advises HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and managers on compensation policies and decisions.

Develop and maintain desktop graphical applications for 3D subsurface imaging. Implement core components, backend data handling, user-facing features, and 3D visualization. Support builds, testing, releasing, debugging, performance optimization, and cross-team collaboration in large-scale computing environments.
