Requires mortgage closing or processing experience, regulatory knowledge, strong analytical and organizational skills, judgment, customer service, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Administers HUD 811 program implementation, funding, budgeting, financial reporting, contract awards, property monitoring, construction activities, and regulatory compliance. Manages a portfolio of complex housing properties, ensuring adherence to program standards and accurate reporting. The role requires property management or housing compliance experience, strong organization, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to inspect buildings and grounds. Familiarity with the HUD 811 Program is preferred.
