Reconciles general ledger accounts between Oracle Financials and Cardinal, ensures compliance with Commonwealth accounting policies, and prepares accurate financial and budget reports. Reviews and approves financial transactions, manages appropriations, allotments, cash, federal and state funds, project codes, indirect cost charges, and accounting entries. Provides financial information to management and external customers while supporting sponsored program reporting and overseeing multiple financial projects.

Designs, develops, and maintains ArcGIS-based field data collection solutions, web applications, forms, maps, dashboards, and mobile workflows. Manages geospatial data standards, validation, publishing, security, and performance. Gathers requirements, translates business processes into GIS solutions, supports users, conducts training and demonstrations, troubleshoots mobile workflows, and maintains technical documentation. The role is hybrid and requires working from an assigned Virginia location.

Provides administrative and business support for the Water Operations Division, including procurement requisitions, contract renewals, P-card transaction management, reconciliation, records management, data entry, quality control, customer service, and communications. The role follows a hybrid schedule in Virginia and may require operating a state-owned or leased vehicle.
