Reviews erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater management plans, construction record drawings, and related documents for regulatory compliance. Manages assigned plan reviews, provides technical assistance to governments, consultants, permittees, agencies, and the public, and supports training, local program reviews, enforcement actions, and special projects. Applies stormwater, hydrology, hydraulics, soil conservation, engineering, and environmental regulations while managing multiple projects and communicating technical requirements.

Provides strategic leadership for a state agency’s information services organization. Develops and executes IT strategic and operational plans, oversees applications, infrastructure, databases, integrations, analytics, GIS, assets, security compliance, procurement, and portfolio management. Leads technical teams, allocates resources, manages risk, establishes performance measures, supports modernization, and ensures reliable day-to-day IT operations aligned with agency and Commonwealth goals.
