Provide aircraft structural engineering support for defects, incidents, AOG events, repairs, modifications, and operational issues. Develop engineering instructions, drawings, reports, and Part 21-approved solutions. Assess fleet performance, support maintenance policy and reliability improvements, and assist with aircraft acquisitions and lease returns. Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, manufacturers, suppliers, maintenance organizations, and regulators while ensuring safety, compliance, and operational effectiveness.

Manage UK cargo customer accounts, drive revenue targets, develop account plans, negotiate proposals, conduct customer meetings, and build relationships with decision-makers. The role requires proven cargo experience within a major airline, strong sales and communication skills, effective prioritization, collaboration, and a results-driven approach. Hybrid work is based in Manchester with monthly travel to London Heathrow.

Leads 24/7 aircraft engineering operations, including AOG recovery, disruption management, immediate maintenance planning, safety and regulatory compliance, crisis support, reporting, delay attribution, and cost control. Manages technical teams, drives performance and continuous improvement, and collaborates with Engineering, Flight Operations, and business stakeholders to ensure safe, reliable, and timely aircraft departures.
