Provides strategic commercial legal advice across aviation and holidays businesses. Leads the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of complex agreements involving joint ventures, airline partnerships, loyalty programs, brand, marketing, and trademarks. Advises senior stakeholders on governance, risk, and regulatory matters; manages external counsel; develops junior lawyers; and improves legal processes through playbooks, technology, and appropriate AI use.

Provide proactive administrative support to three Vice Presidents by managing diaries, meetings, events, travel, presentations, briefing materials, communications, expenses, budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and onboarding. The role requires excellent organisation, discretion, communication, Microsoft Office skills, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy corporate environment.

Lead strategic sourcing and end-to-end procurement activities, including tenders, supplier evaluation, commercial negotiations, contract awards, and supplier relationship management. Develop category strategies, manage commercial risk, analyze spend and market data, improve purchasing processes, and promote responsible procurement, governance, sustainability, and compliance. Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Technology, engineering, aerospace, and operational stakeholders to deliver value and strengthen procurement capability.
