Provide service in English and Hindi, maintain accurate booking records, assist with front-desk enquiries, and collaborate with internal teams and airline partners. The role requires strong communication, organisation, problem-solving, attention to detail, PC literacy, and a customer-first approach.

Coordinates the lifecycle of software and hardware assets, including ordering, receiving, tracking, allocating, returning, reusing, replacing, and disposing of equipment. Maintains accurate asset records, supports software license tracking, handles equipment-related requests, coordinates suppliers and purchasing, assists with audits and reporting, and helps manage security certificate renewals. The role also supports colleagues, improves processes, and ensures secure and sustainable technology management.

Manage information security governance, risk, and compliance activities, including policies, controls, risk assessments, PCI DSS compliance, audits, third-party security reviews, reporting, and remediation. Partner with technology, business, audit, and supplier stakeholders to strengthen security governance, address control gaps, meet regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvement.
