Conducts end-to-end recruitment for operational, administrative, commercial, and leadership roles. Responsibilities include sourcing, market mapping, stakeholder partnership, competency-based interviews, assessments, talent attraction strategies, internal communications, engagement and climate initiatives, and GPTW programs. Acts as a consultative partner to managers, connecting people strategies with organizational needs.

Cares for laboratory animals, including feeding, cage maintenance, cleaning, identification records, inventory, and facility sanitation. Ensures animal biosafety and bioprotection while supporting biological quality-control tests. Requires completed basic education and user-level Microsoft Office skills. Driver’s license, GLP knowledge, animal-handling accreditation, and bioterium experience are preferred.

Execute industrial production of viral antigens using adherent cell lines. Responsibilities include cleaning and sterilizing production reactors, receiving cell and viral culture media, preparing production materials, scaling adherent cell lines, infecting and inactivating cultures, harvesting viral antigens, and maintaining production documentation. The role requires completed secondary education, attention to detail, teamwork, and a results-oriented approach. Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology production and knowledge of GMP are preferred but not required.
