Provide 15–30 minute virtual clinical education sessions on women's and family health, lead webinars, create and review culturally appropriate educational content, respond to non-urgent member messages, collaborate on referrals and clinical quality initiatives, and support development of clinical pathways and member education protocols.

Develop and qualify employer sales opportunities across the US and Canada via outbound prospecting and partner-led inbound leads. Support reseller partners with sales enablement, bilingual materials, and training. Track pipeline in CRM, adapt to regional healthcare and benefits differences, collaborate with marketing and leadership, and meet targets for qualified opportunities and closed deals.
