Supports daily used-car department operations, including vehicle acquisition, appraisals, inventory tracking, merchandising, online listings, customer communication, lead management, data entry, and dealership records. The role assists managers with department performance reviews, inventory organization, customer satisfaction, training, and special projects while developing skills in automotive sales and dealership management.

Handles inbound and outbound customer communications for an automotive dealership group. Responds to phone, email, text, and online leads; follows up with prospects and previous customers; schedules, confirms, and reschedules sales and service appointments; maintains CRM records; coordinates customer handoffs with Sales and Service teams; generates dealership traffic; and meets appointment-setting goals. Paid training is provided, and automotive experience is not required.

Sell Subaru vehicles by greeting customers, assessing needs, conducting test drives, explaining vehicle features, presenting pricing and financing, closing sales, maintaining CRM activity, following up with prospects, generating referrals, and meeting monthly sales targets.
