Lead European partnership development for Vio’s travel technology solutions. Drive new business with technology and e-commerce companies, manage the prospect pipeline, convert prospects into long-term partners, and identify new partnership use cases. The role requires strong knowledge of accommodation marketplaces, OTAs, metasearch, flight distribution, APIs, and commercial deal execution, plus the ability to work independently across technology, data, legal, product, and partner teams.

Owns the end-to-end disputes and chargebacks function, including daily case operations, chargeback representment, evidence quality, deadlines, win rates, escalations, outsourced partner performance, and team coaching. The role analyzes dispute trends, improves prevention strategies, collaborates with Support, Product, Finance, Payments, Fraud, Data, and Engineering, and leads workflow automation and reporting initiatives to improve outcomes, quality, and cost as volumes scale.

Own Vio’s quality strategy and automation platform across web, mobile, browser extensions, APIs, and internal tools. Build release gates, quality telemetry, flaky-test quarantine, test infrastructure, and developer enablement practices. Evaluate and evolve testing tools, prioritize risk-based coverage, improve testability, and mentor an insourced QA Engineer. This hands-on Staff IC role requires production-grade coding, cross-platform automation expertise, deep CI/CD experience, and sound judgment on AI-assisted testing and triage.
