Receive, scan, store, move, pack and dispatch customer stock and equipment. Maintain accurate stock records, route items correctly, meet productivity and quality targets, identify discrepancies or damage, and keep work areas safe and organized. Collaborate across teams, adapt to changing stock volumes, operate handling equipment safely, and support process improvements while following manual-handling and workplace safety procedures.

Process and scan incoming stock, safely decant items onto conveyor lines, sort products into categories, and move tubs, cages, boxes, and equipment through the operation. Maintain productivity, accuracy, product care, stock traceability, and a clean, safe work area. Identify blockages, support busy areas, follow handling and safety procedures, communicate issues, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Assess and classify watches by brand, type, condition, movement, hallmarks, and historical details. Research reference numbers, verify specifications, write accurate product descriptions, route items to suitable online or auction channels, and maintain orderly physical and digital inventory records. Perform quality checks, meet listing-volume targets, follow safe handling procedures, and collaborate with colleagues to improve workflow and resolve system issues.

Evaluate and authenticate jewellery by identifying precious metals, gemstones, hallmarks, maker’s marks, damage, and alterations. Research unusual and antique pieces, write accurate product descriptions, record technical specifications, and categorize inventory for online listings. Process incoming stock efficiently across costume, silver, gold, and antique categories while meeting daily targets. Maintain organized workspaces, collaborate on complex assessments, share technical knowledge, and support onboarding of new team members.

Assess, identify, catalogue, and process fine, antique, and collectible jewellery for auction and trade sales. Responsibilities include testing metal purity with visual inspection and XRF, breaking down jewellery while preserving gemstones, weighing and securely storing precious metals, creating accurate auction lots and descriptions, maintaining Excel records, meeting KPIs, and following strict security and quality-control procedures.
