Provide 1st- and 2nd-line IT support across offices, warehouses and remote teams. Manage devices and user accounts, support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, maintain warehouse scanners/printers/handhelds, handle onboarding/offboarding, work with vendors, document processes, and support IT projects and rollouts.

Own end-to-end purchase ledger and Accounts Payable: process high-volume supplier invoices, run weekly/monthly payments, reconcile statements, resolve queries, support month-end close, and identify process improvements to strengthen controls and supplier relationships.

The Product Manager works on internal products to optimize core business operations through product strategy, experimentation, and collaboration with stakeholders, driving measurable improvements and efficient logistics solutions.
