Manage end-to-end US/UK accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, matching, approvals, payments, reconciliations, month-end close, controls, and audits. Lead a team of 5–6 AP professionals, manage KPIs and SLAs, deliver training, maintain SOPs, resolve stakeholder and vendor escalations, and drive process improvements and automation. Use SAP extensively for transactions, reporting, and reconciliations.

Creates and updates customer master data in SAP, performs due diligence, supports global credit MIS and automation projects, and assists with financial spreading, credit analysis, customer onboarding, internal ratings, and credit-limit assignments. The role collaborates with credit and marketing teams, supports overseas credit teams, manages multiple tasks, and contributes to process improvement while developing toward independent credit-management responsibilities.

Leads the company’s international tax function, including global tax strategy, planning, compliance, transfer pricing, indirect taxes, tax risk, governance, audits, and M&A support. Advises senior leadership across jurisdictions, manages external advisors and tax professionals, develops the Mumbai GCC tax center of excellence, and drives process standardization, automation, and analytics.
