Develop new B2B business and sell commodity polymers, primarily PP and PE, to manufacturers and industrial customers across Northern Europe. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, customer relationship management, product recommendations, quotations, pricing negotiations, closing sales, market monitoring, pipeline development, and collaboration with purchasing, logistics, and customer service teams. Regular travel is required.

Plans international shipments using SAP, coordinates with logistics vendors, and communicates with customers, transporters, warehouses, suppliers, and shipping lines. Resolves transportation issues, escalates problems when needed, and implements process improvements to increase efficiency and customer service. The role requires export logistics experience, knowledge of import/export procedures, Microsoft Office proficiency, multitasking, and deadline management.

Design and build full-stack AI products with ASP.NET Core, FastAPI, React, and Next.js. Develop agentic workflows, tool calling, RAG pipelines, streaming interactions, and structured outputs. Create AI-native user experiences with citations, confidence indicators, fallbacks, and human review. Build evaluation systems using golden datasets, deterministic metrics, LLM-as-judge methods, regression gates, and CI controls. Manage context windows and ensure AI features degrade gracefully in production.
