Part-time Street Team members execute grassroots marketing initiatives for the Tampa Bay Lightning. Responsibilities include researching and supporting community events, driving and maintaining a marketing vehicle, setting up promotional displays, engaging fans, answering questions, tracking event KPIs, assisting with live events and mascot appearances, and completing office duties. The role requires a valid driver’s license, flexible availability, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work outdoors, weekends, holidays, and extended periods standing.

Leads creator, influencer, and cultural marketing strategies for the Tampa Bay Lightning. Builds creator and cultural partnerships, develops platform-native campaigns, identifies lifestyle opportunities, and collaborates with social, digital, partnerships, and analytics teams to grow audiences and digital revenue. Creates and edits short-form content, evaluates campaign performance, and serves as an internal expert on creator marketing. This onsite role supports approximately 85 events annually and requires occasional U.S. and Canada travel.

Supports digital brand content production, short-form video creation, social media publishing, content calendar management, creator network development, and performance reporting. The role monitors trends, coordinates productions, maintains digital assets, develops audience-focused content strategies, and collaborates with marketing, analytics, partnership, and creative teams. It also includes game and event support, senior management presentations, and occasional evening, weekend, and holiday work in arena and venue environments.

Provides facility security at arena and event venues by screening bags, enforcing policies, monitoring crowds, verifying credentials, responding to emergencies, completing incident reports, and assisting guests. Works with venue staff, law enforcement, and emergency personnel to maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Requires extended standing and walking, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexible availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and varying temperatures.

Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for business and arena operations roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring-manager partnership, job fairs, and seasonal hiring events. Maintain recruiting metrics, staffing reports, candidate documentation, and legal compliance. Coordinate Workday onboarding, support employee lifecycle audits and People Operations projects, and maintain career-site and employer-brand content. The role is onsite in the Tampa Bay area, includes approximately 10 game or event nights annually, and may require evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Provides guest assistance and crowd management on outdoor arena plazas before, during, and after events. Welcomes and directs guests, organizes lines, supports plaza activations and event setup, monitors and documents incidents, assists Guest Experience and Security teams, and maintains clean, safe areas. Requires strong communication, judgment, de-escalation, radio etiquette, and the ability to work outdoors, stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying weather conditions.
