Provides day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle for head office and showroom employees. Responsibilities include employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, HR administration, performance and compensation cycles, employee engagement, learning and development, recruitment, reporting, job evaluation, health and safety compliance, and adherence to employment legislation across Ontario, Quebec, and British Columbia. This is a temporary three-month coverage position with possible renewal.

Engages showroom visitors, provides VinFast product education and test-drive support, captures leads, and guides clients through the electric vehicle sales and delivery process. The role tracks client and sales activities, meets showroom KPIs, maintains product expertise, collaborates with internal teams and partners, and represents VinFast brand standards throughout pre-delivery and post-delivery interactions.

The role requires meeting sales KPIs, maintaining product knowledge, tracking client activities in CRM systems, collaborating with internal teams and partners, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Provides corporate and commercial legal counsel to Canadian business departments and the General Counsel. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on privacy, compliance, provincial and federal EV regulations, managing customer disputes, supporting litigation and corporate records, overseeing registrations and licenses, and coordinating with global legal teams. The role also supports policy training, trade association representation, and legal initiatives in a fast-paced automotive environment.
