Provides confidential, high-level administrative support to the Co-Presidents by managing calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, expenses, executive offices, events, and special projects. The role coordinates complex schedules, prepares materials, tracks follow-ups, handles sensitive information, supports visitors and stakeholders, and anticipates executive needs with discretion and sound judgment. This position requires working onsite in Stamford, Connecticut, five days per week.

Design and develop men's woven apparel, especially bottoms and outerwear, from concept through production. Create sketches, CADs, technical packages, BOMs, and seasonal product stories while partnering with merchandising, product development, and technical design. Evaluate fittings, research trends and fabrics, present concepts to leadership, manage deadlines, and support product quality and commercial objectives. Provide guidance to associate designers as needed.

Supports seasonal fabric development by sourcing materials, tracking lab dips and samples, maintaining fabric libraries and data, coordinating testing, communicating with mills and vendors, and documenting review meetings. Collaborates with Design, Product Development, Technical Design, and Production teams to ensure fabric quality, sustainability, performance, and timely execution. Conducts material research and stays informed about textile innovation and trends.
