Teams at Vineyard Vines

Manages merchandise inventory from initial allocation through end of lifecycle, including replenishment, consolidation, store clustering, and sell-down strategies. Analyzes store capacity, seasonality, selling curves, size selling, sales, and inventory metrics to recommend allocation actions. Partners with planning, merchandising, stores, distribution, and warehouse teams to communicate inventory status, forecast workflow, and execute responsive and proactive strategies.

Grow vineyard vines’ premium specialty wholesale business by acquiring and managing accounts, presenting seasonal assortments, analyzing sales, driving reorders, and meeting revenue targets. The role supports customers through store visits, merchandising, product training, trade shows, order management, and account communications. It partners with Sales, Design, Merchandising, Production, PR, and Marketing teams while maintaining brand presentation and identifying profitable growth opportunities.

Supports wholesale operations through EDI sales order management, sales forecasting, order accuracy reviews, issue resolution, inventory transfer analysis, customer service, reporting, and chargeback audits. Partners with sales, distribution, and cross-functional teams to mitigate business risks, improve processes, and maximize wholesale sales output. Requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, customer service, communication, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced retail environment.
