The Accounts Receivable Specialist handles daily invoicing, invoice corrections, credit memos, customer account reconciliation, payment posting, and check deposits across Vincit Group companies. The role collaborates with Collections, Customer Care, Accounts Payable, and the Controller to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate, timely transactions. Strong communication, organization, customer service, prioritization, and time-management skills are required.

Designs, quotes, tests, commissions, and debugs electrical control systems for custom machinery. Develops schematics, specifications, calculations, manuals, and control-panel layouts; selects and sources components; estimates costs and schedules projects; and provides technical leadership to design, assembly, and field-support teams. The role requires customer-site commissioning and expertise in industrial automation, safety controls, EtherNet/IP, VFDs, and AutoCAD.

Evaluates customer manufacturing plant needs and develops conceptual automation solutions, including 3D models, cost estimates, scopes of work, and quotations. Supports sales, researches specifications, selects materials and components, coordinates contractors, and communicates project scope to customers and engineering personnel. The role requires expertise in automation machinery design and construction, electrical controls, technical drawings, estimating, and customer-facing technical support, with onsite customer travel as needed.
