Seasonal part-time Sales Associate responsible for achieving sales goals, building customer relationships, conducting client follow-up, maintaining visual and housekeeping standards, receiving and processing merchandise, operating POS and email systems, protecting inventory, and following store procedures. The role requires strong communication, an engaging customer-focused approach, retail sales ability, and capacity to lift up to 35 pounds and use ladders or stairs.

Develops e-commerce demand forecasts, annual and seasonal budgets, open-to-buy plans, promotional sales projections, receipt budgets, SKU plans, and replenishment forecasts. Analyzes sales, margin, inventory, markdowns, and customer behavior while producing recurring reports and identifying business opportunities. Partners cross-functionally with digital, retail, wholesale, marketing, site, and data teams to support planning decisions and improve reporting processes.
