Lead by example to drive sales and clienteling: exceed personal KPIs, grow and manage a client book through outreach, provide luxury-focused styling and product expertise, convert walk-ins, mentor the team in best-in-class selling behaviors, and support store operations (POS, merchandising, inventory, visual standards) while enforcing company policies.

Support the technical design team managing styles through the fit approval process. Collaborate with design, product, vendors and QA to communicate fit intent, evaluate garments, manage block libraries, apply grade rules, track workflow and deadlines, participate in meetings, and study market trends.

Provide in-store customer assistance, support sales representatives, process transactions, manage inventory and restocking, maintain sales floor presentation, handle inquiries and escalate complex issues, and help meet sales targets through attentive service.
