As a Senior MES Implementation & Support Engineer, you will support the deployment of MES modules, troubleshoot technical issues, educate customers, and improve implementation processes while ensuring client satisfaction.

Supports B2B sales of industrial packaging equipment to food and beverage manufacturers across Greece. Responsibilities include developing prospects, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, preparing quotations, maintaining CRM records, coordinating orders and deliveries, supporting customer meetings and equipment demonstrations, and collaborating with suppliers and technical teams. The role offers training in industrial machinery, manufacturing processes, and consultative selling.

The Lead MES Consultant will direct client projects, drive digital transformation, analyze and enhance pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, and lead a team of consultants while collaborating with stakeholders across the industry.
