Provide direct nursing care in an assisted living/memory care community: administer medications, oversee medication aides, coordinate staff, document clinical assessments and incidents, respond to medical and behavioral emergencies, support training and scheduling, and communicate with physicians, families, and care teams to ensure resident dignity and safety.
