Provide analytical and administrative support for departmental decision-making, including research, budget analysis, contract administration, program and technology implementation, process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, report writing, presentations to senior management and the Village Board, customer service, and special projects across village departments.

Receive and process emergency and non-emergency 911 calls, determine locations/priorities, dispatch police/fire/EMS, monitor radio frequencies and alarms, operate CAD and communications equipment, maintain records, and provide public safety information. Complete required training and pass multi-stage recruitment screening.

Receive and process emergency and non-emergency 911 calls, determine location/priority, dispatch police, fire, and medical units, monitor radio frequencies and alarms, operate CAD/radio/telephone systems, maintain unit status, update computer records, and perform general office duties on a 24/7, 12-hour shift schedule.
