Oversee the Nashville home-care office’s daily operations, including caregiver and client scheduling, staff recruitment, compliance, customer service, employee engagement, community outreach, payroll assistance, and administrative efficiency. The Director of Operations will support office growth, maintain regulatory and internal standards, conduct interviews, and foster a positive caregiving environment for clients and employees.
