Lead nursing shifts by supervising nurse aides, administering medications, implementing care plans and treatments, transcribing physician orders, documenting assessments, coordinating shift reports, educating staff on policies, maintaining infection control and safety, and arranging replacement staff as needed.

Assemble and deliver meal trays and carts, prepare and portion meals following recipes, rotate and manage food/floor supplies, sanitize dishes and equipment, dispose of refuse per policy, and maintain cleanliness. Work collaboratively to support resident satisfaction, food safety, and timely meal service in a fast-paced environment.
