Provides direct nursing care to residents, administers medications and treatments, implements care plans, documents assessments, transcribes physician orders, supports shift communication, guides nurse aides, educates staff, maintains safety and infection-control standards, and coordinates coverage for staffing shortages.

Assists with meal service in a resident-care setting by assembling trays, delivering meal carts, preparing and portioning food, rotating supplies, disposing of refuse, and cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment. The role requires reliable attendance, multitasking, teamwork, adherence to food-safety procedures, and timely completion of scheduled duties.
