Lead nursing shifts by supervising nurse aides, administering medications, implementing care plans and treatments, transcribing physician orders, documenting assessments, coordinating shift reports, educating staff on policies, maintaining infection control and safety, and arranging replacement staff as needed.

Assists with meal service in a resident-care setting by assembling trays, delivering meal carts, preparing and portioning food, rotating supplies, disposing of refuse, and cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment. The role requires reliable attendance, multitasking, teamwork, adherence to food-safety procedures, and timely completion of scheduled duties.
