Manage end-to-end FTL shipments, coordinate vendors and fleet, negotiate rates, track shipments using TMS/GPS, ensure documentation and compliance, optimize costs and routing, handle customer escalations, generate MIS reports, and coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and junior staff to meet KPIs for on-time delivery and cost control.

Manage and track purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery, expedite delayed or critical shipments, coordinate between suppliers and internal teams, maintain vendor relationships, escalate and resolve delivery issues, and report on open orders, lead times, and supply shortages to prevent production delays.

The Senior Executive - PPC will manage production planning, scheduling, and inventory coordination in a solar manufacturing plant, ensuring timely order fulfillment and optimizing resources.

Manage end-to-end FTL shipments: planning, tracking, and issue resolution. Onboard and manage vendors/fleet, optimize routing and costs, ensure documentation and regulatory compliance, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and generate operational reports using TMS/GPS and Excel.

Operate automatic and semi-automatic solar cell stringer machines, load cells and ribbons per BOM, inspect for defects, segregate rejects, meet daily production targets, record outputs and downtime, perform basic cleaning and preventive maintenance, and report machine abnormalities and quality issues to supervisors.

Analyze data to provide insights, develop executive dashboards, oversee MIS solutions, ensure data governance, and lead a team for strategic initiatives.
