Leads ISOPLUS's group-wide transformation roadmap and PMO governance across its decentralized European organization. Translates strategy into initiatives, milestones, KPIs, and measurable outcomes; drives cross-functional transformation and restructuring; coordinates dependencies across countries and functions; removes execution roadblocks; and supports CEO and senior leadership decision-making. The role requires regular travel across Europe, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in German and English.

Source and evaluate early-stage investment opportunities, perform commercial and financial due diligence, build financial models and investment cases, prepare investment memoranda, support Investment Committee decisions, and help create strategic value for portfolio companies through ecosystem connections and AI-driven insights.
