Build and maintain responsive web and cross-platform mobile apps using React and React Native (Expo). Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams, integrate with REST/SOAP and ESBs, implement scalable front-end architecture, ensure UI/UX feasibility and ADA compliance, write tests, conduct code reviews, and support CI/CD and SDLC practices.

Ensure federal grant expenditures comply with 2 CFR Part 200 by reviewing cost allocation plans, validating allowability of costs, reconciling financial data, excluding unallowable costs, supporting financial reports, and advising on cost allocation across hospitals, universities, tribal entities, and non-profits.

Test web applications by designing and executing manual test cases and scripts, document test management artifacts (test plans, defect reports), work on Agile projects, use JIRA/Rational/Confluence/SharePoint, and support testing of transactional and responsive applications. ISTQB certification is preferred.
