Assemble and deliver meal trays and carts; prepare and portion meals per menus and recipes; manage and rotate food and floor supplies; sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment; dispose of refuse per policy; maintain cleanliness and food safety; work cooperatively with team and meet scheduled duties to support resident satisfaction.

Provide supervisory nursing coverage for residents: lead nurse aides, administer medications, implement and document care plans, perform treatments, transcribe physician orders, coordinate shift reports, educate staff, maintain infection control and safety, and address staffing shortages.

Provide non-clinical resident support including bed-making, delivering meals, answering call lights, laundry, maintaining clean common and resident areas, encouraging activity participation, observing and reporting concerns, and assisting nursing with non-clinical tasks while following safety and compliance policies.
