Leads software engineering teams and oversees end-to-end delivery of reliable, scalable software. Provides technical direction, manages engineering standards, delivery planning, architecture, quality, security, and operational practices. Responsibilities include team development, recruitment, performance management, agile delivery, risk management, stakeholder collaboration, supplier relationships, and reporting to senior leadership. The role also drives engineering productivity, automation, continuous improvement, and modern software development practices.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites for web, API, and service-based applications. Execute functional, integration, regression, system, API, and end-to-end testing; integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines; investigate failures and defects; and support release validation. Collaborate with engineering, product, and delivery teams on test strategy, risk assessment, documentation, quality metrics, and continuous improvements. The role also supports performance, reliability, compatibility, and security testing.

Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure/GCP. Build IaC with Terraform/CloudFormation/Bicep, automate deployments and CI/CD, script with Python/PowerShell/Bash, monitor and troubleshoot cloud environments, apply security and governance, and collaborate with teams to deliver cloud solutions and documentation.
